Resolved

Both nodes seem to be online by now.
We will continue to monitor the nodes and we'll let notify in the case of another ratelimit.

Ratelimit

As of now, Bravo Node seems to be stable.
You may turn on your bot, if you are currently on the backup node we highly recommend that you stay on that node unless you explicitly need to change your files. In that case, please contact <@1476433923272868073> to delete your server from the backup node.

We continue to monitor both the Alpha & Bravo nodes for any future updates.

So far yet, no reply from discord. We are actively working on a temporary fix for our modmail bots.

We have contacted Discord support and are awaiting a reply. Please bare with us.

As of now, the Alpha Node is also affected. Our deepest apologies for this.

The issue is still ongoing for some reason, we continue to investigate and hope to resolve this permanently as soon as possible.
You may still transfer to the Alpha Node using the instruction given above.

Fixed

We are currently experiencing a Discord Ratelimit on our Bravo Node. This is completely out of our hands and we are doing our best to return operations to normal. In the meantime, contact Aspect Support to transfer your server to the Alpha Node.
